The newest release from Providence’s psychedelic trash-jazz odysseyists was recorded in the height of the pandemic last year and released quietly while the entire globe was in plague limbo. The band members, in complete isolation from one another, worked on this while sequestered in their respective cities. Providence, RI, Boston, MA & Taipei, Taiwan. Though separated by long interstates and large oceans, this set of material is the band's most focused to date. Brent Frattini plays guitar and utilizes found sounds, Sean C. Fennessy plays cornet and miscellaneous debris and Joseph A. Mauro plays drums and percussion. Saxophonist Cliff Wood plays reed on "Dementia Test". This EP has an eerie reflective quality to it. A shimmering. Ghosts haunt every song this band has ever done, but they’re perhaps a bit more deserted this time. Cassette comes with 2 additional tracks; Cartoon Violence (A) & Cartoon Violence {dpb rmx} (B).
